Software / HRM Engineer

About this work

Time attendance and workforce systems only work when the rules behind them match how an organisation actually runs. This role covers the software side: configuring Unif1ed HRM and related systems, connecting them to biometric devices, and making the reports match what payroll and HR need.

What You Will Work On

• Configure shift, leave, overtime and approval rules against each client requirement

• Connect and troubleshoot supported biometric devices feeding attendance records

• Build reliable employee, shift, attendance, and payroll workflows

• Build and maintain the reports finance and HR use at the end of each period

• Document releases and customer-specific configuration

• Work with support teams on production issues

What We Are Looking For

• Software development experience

• Comfortable with attendance rules, device integration and report building

• Understanding of attendance or payroll workflows is useful

• Strong debugging ability

• Care with data integrity and permissions

• Clear documentation

• Ability to translate customer requirements into maintainable software
